JomBelajar is a structured online Maths Mentorship platform.
By proceeding with registration and payment, parents and students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.
1. Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Parents/students are responsible for reviewing the class timetable before making payment.
- Payments must be made only via JomBelajar’s official payment link (Billplz).
- Manual bank transfers are allowed only in exceptional cases and at JomBelajar’s discretion.
- Access to classes, WhatsApp groups, and recordings is granted only after payment confirmation.
- Each registration and payment is tied to one specific student and one specific class.
2. Timetable & Attendance
- Class schedules are fixed and shared in advance.
- It is the responsibility of parents/students to ensure the timetable suits them.
- Timetable clashes with school activities, other tuition, or personal commitments are not valid reasons for refunds, class replacements, or transfers.
- Students are encouraged to attend live classes for the best learning experience.
3. Class Recordings
- Recordings are provided to support students who miss a live class.
- Recordings are not a replacement for live attendance.
- Recordings are shared via official links in the WhatsApp group description or platform.
- Standard recording access is time-limited, usually within the same month.
- Extended recording access may be offered separately as an optional paid add-on.
- JomBelajar reserves the right to manage, restrict, update, or remove recording access in accordance with platform policies.
4. Refund Policy
- Payments are generally non-refundable once class access has been provided.
- No refunds will be given for:
- Missed classes
- Timetable clashes
- Change of mind
- Personal or school-related reasons
- Any refund, if granted, is considered a one-time goodwill exception and does not set a precedent.
- All refund decisions are made solely at JomBelajar’s discretion.
5. Replacement Classes
- No replacement classes are provided for missed sessions.
- Students who miss a class should refer to the class recording to catch up.
- Any replacement or additional classes conducted by JomBelajar (if any) are one-off sessions and will be recorded.
6. Communication & Administration
- All administrative matters must be handled through JomBelajar’s official admin channels.
- This includes registration, payments, timetable inquiries, WhatsApp group access, and recording access.
- Messages sent directly to the teacher regarding administrative matters will not be addressed and will be redirected to admin.
- Important announcements and official links will be shared via WhatsApp group descriptions or official messages.
7. Class Conduct & Identity
- Students must join online classes using their real registered names.
- Use of nicknames, unknown names, or inappropriate names is not permitted.
- Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour during classes.
- JomBelajar reserves the right to manage participation to ensure a productive learning environment.
8. Policy Updates & Acknowledgement
- JomBelajar reserves the right to update these policies from time to time to improve operations and learning experience.
- Parents and students are encouraged to review the latest version regularly.
- Proceeding with registration and payment indicates full acknowledgement and acceptance of all policies stated above.
